Hi. Welcome to Simple & Profound. I'll be your guide through the program and can't wait for you to experience the insight, wisdom, and peace that it brings.
You may want to know a little bit about me before we get started. I'm a creative being and a master certified coach, the creative force behind Lifescapers. I was a founding member of the Toronto chapter of the ICF and co-created the coaching certificate program at Adler Professional Schools.
In normal times you can catch me on stage, performing my solo shows, In Chaos I Trust, Museum of Desire and Mama and Me. Creating openings for thoughtful conversation about our shared human experience.
Whatever I'm up to, I do my best to approach it with creativity and imagination.
